Beautiful location in the "middle of nowhere" but central to all the cities around

Particular for uk customers: the advertised swimming pool and sauna are all "fkk" - naked, so forget to swim with your swimming pants on.

Room was excellent, food was good. Actual room price differed from price quoted on reservation.

The decorations during the Christmas season were beautiful and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot cocoa was a nice touch. The location was convenient and close to many shops and restaurants.

The room was not clean upon arrival, and it took hours for it to be cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable, and the heating system was inconsistent and noisy.

Loved the hotel, very traditional and our room was very comfortable. The beds were amazing! Enjoyed cake and coffee in the beer garden on our arrival and then had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening. The menu includes some local and regional dishes. The wine was also excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive.

poor internet access, very old fitness, spa and swimming pool is for FKK, at last 4 flies in my room everyday, to expensive for that quality

A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. very comfortable and with delicious food. Only stopped one night on our return from NE Germany but would definitely stay again if we were passing that way. Highly recommended.

From the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Lastly, I loved the location. Situated in a peaceful area, it provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Being able to relax in such a peaceful environment was truly rejuvenating. my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I highly recommend it.
